Both transactions went well and we were satisfied with the process.

I'm also in the process of trying to find a good CPA to create a relationship with to grow my business with.Hopeful to hear fellow STR, or even MTR, investor's stories, what PMS or programs they're using, and how they landed their first property or what they're doing to get into one!

I was mostly moved out, so I kept the process of moving full steam ahead and prayed hard. 

The other two need rehab, some of which has already been done but the process has halted.

A big one with a ton of information regarding the process of brokerage/law/national law/etc, and a small book of Rules and Regulations directly out of the State Legislature.STUDY THE SMALL BOOK AND UNDERSTAND IT BACKWARD AND FORWARDIf, during the class, they tell you about certain statutes in that book, highlight them and revisit them.

I'm in the process transferring my REI from my name to my Series LLC.

Vacasa Guestworks and Evolve have stated their listing process will increase my bookings- Vacasa listing on 30 sites etc.  

Since everyone here has so much experience, I was just wondering if anyone had any general advice for me as I go through this process?
