Like @dave foster mentioned, i need to learn to be objective and not stay attached to a property that I once felt I would hold. 

Objective was to diversify some of my stock market exposures.  

Once their stuff is safe, they'll have a much easier time moving on.I've had to handle true hoarding in one of my rentals - it's an objectively sad condition. 

Buying presale you should expect that the timelines they are proposing are highly dependent on reaching their presales objective.

I want a specialist that's an expert, and not a jack of all trades and master of none.
