It is much more similar to AZ than Southern CA interms of apartment investing.

However, I'm originally from Southern Missouri, and still go down to visit my father and some friends.

Hello, My wife and I currently live in southern California and as you can imagine the barriers to entry are quite high over here.  

But that's mainly because I have a 50:50 partner and my average rent in a southern college town is about $775 and not $1,800.You know the problem with this kind of plan I've laid out?

A few here in W Palm, on southern Blvd....don’t know the rates but probably $100/mo for a dump truck/semi. 

I still cant grasp the costs of homes over here, as I reside in Southern California.
