Try to up the rent when the lease ends if the market will bear it....Another creative option, if paid for, you can owner finance the property and this passes the assessments on to the new owner and all other costs and preserves the income stream, a nice exit strategy for condos, too, to avoid the dues.....best of luck

I could tell he took about 6 extra feet of dirt off, because he wanted the "black" soil which is worth more than just fill dirt.I said he took about 100 extra loads, at $100 each and thus they were going to reduce the price by $10,000.
