What is the enrollment doing at the school and local economy?

Long story- when economy dumped in 08 I lost a business and filed bankruptcy in 2011.  

Looking at an early 1900's duplex that is currently rented with good cash on cash numbers but is in an economy neighborhood and less than $50,000.  

The economy is at all time highs, propped up by unsustainable money creation from the FED.

I feel like it’s similar to @Brandon Turner target area over in Aberdeen, in terms of economy (pretty stagnant!)

Refinancing on a single location that's twice as much gives you a lot more money and good economies of scale when you want that cash.

As you acquire more doors, the whole cap ex plan is less important because you have economies of scale. 

This gives you the greatest economies of scale when it comes down to things like insurance or other mandatory bills.

.- Have pool contractor service pool vacuum that is reported to be running sluggishly (pool bottom looks clean whenever I'm there).- Have chimney swept due to creosote build up.Thanks for any input. 

There are also lenders who focus on the sharing economy.
