@Amanda By the only way the tax assessor will NOT reassess your home is if the property goes into the other entity in the same ownership as you have it now. 

I would be buying out 2 of my sibling's portions, leaving me with 3/4 ownership.

Also sharing an article I published on BP last year on this exact topic - all the options for BRRRR Loans (Including the all-important cash-out refi) and pros/conshttps://www.biggerpockets.com/blog/brrrr-loans-what-are-the-...Generally - DSCR Lenders will be best for LTV and speed (70%/75% generally 6 months, but some can do 3), while conventional will have lower rates/fees.
