Hello Everybody, I own several 4plexs and each of them has rooftop packaged heat pump AC units.

I am really interested in the Pittsburgh market and I know home values have been appreciating quite consistently over several years and expected to continue on the trend.

I was referred several home inspectors from my property manager.

So I had to dig through my paperwork and find the original contracts - over a period of several years - for those windows. 

Lost money and time ;( Be careful and talk to several lenders/banks. 

If they are paying late several times a year you have a tenant that can not afford the unit and as smart business practice you should be planning to change out that tenant before they stop paying entirely.

Also investing in another property probably would consist of me staying at my current job or working for someone else for the next several years which I’m desperately trying to get out of.
