I had a client invest in Albany, and ended up liking it so much they moved into one of the units for a period of time.

Most of us start at square one and move onward and upwards from there.

Hello everybody,I am a new real estate investor based out of Tucson, Arizona but will be moving back to the Midwest (Cleveland, Ohio) late 2024.

And then separate bank accounts for each LLC, I believe including each series.

Should I have a separate account for each of these categories or keep them all in one account?

My apprehension is that after the initial furnishing, app process, move in, there isn't much to do.
