@Chi Ta I started with nothing, I went to a seminar and the guy said if you don't have any money get a bunch of credit cards and buy a house, so that's what I did.

@Christopher HunterBrian Murray’s “Crushing It in Apartments and Commercial Real Estate”...he also was featured in a BP podcast a few years ago which is what gave me awareness of him and why I bought the book.Michael Blank seems sharp too and I believe has an apartment investing book.
