@Justin Windham Tank you for the reply, yes i have been reading quite a lot of the Blogs on BP definitely some great information on there.

@Ernest Grindle Thank you as well for the reply , i just singed up with TRIG and I am looking forward to meeting up on the next event,

currently I'm looking to get started with a personal purchase, and house hack a duplex,triplex or 4plex

as it seems to be a good way to get my feet wet in the industry,

how ever  i have found some good single-family homes in the Norfolk neighborhoods that are up and coming , that could serve as a good buy and hold strategy as well.

your thoughts?
