I went over any area I felt I was relatively weak in (of the 30 sections, roughly 10 or so are what I really needed to go over)Crammed ~ Went and took the test ~ and passed both portions on the first try.Don't get worked up ~ If you fail or only pass 1 of the 2, at least the UNKNOWN is over with!

What is the best section on Craigslist to post a "We Buy Houses" ad?

Units between 30-50k completed, blue collar neighborhoods ranging from section 8 tenants up tenants that pay their rents comfortably.

Should I fix it a little and rent it out under section 8, or should I flip it to make extra money and buy a better house cash?

Really will comprise only a couple main sections (for lack of a better term).
