The Schedule B-1 requirements include this clause:7. 

I told them I was calling the sheriff to schedule the eviction day.

I scheduled within hours of seeing it come to market for Wednesday.

We fixed the framing the same day they were out, but the guy couldn't "fit us in his schedule" for 2 more weeks.

If an auction is scheduled, they are only required to send the notice to the address on file....with an incorrect/out dated address, you don't receive notice, the property is sold, you have no recourse.

It is very frustrating because I had the money in my account to make the payment the entire time but didnt know that my scheduled online payment was never completely "scheduled" and never paid.Thanks for listening to me rant & please don't let this happen to you!

I have sent notices covering a period of several days, during regular business hours,  because repair companies have variable schedules.

  $100 should do the trick, but you need to schedule in advance with them. 

I have a great schedule but I am not bringing in much money for our family.
