If you have an attorney on retainer I would talk to them, if not I would reach out to the building official, explain your reasons, and see if you can resolve this without the criminal complaint.If you are looking for legal advice I would pay @Brad Schaeppi for an hour of his time to discuss your options.

Maybe advertise specifically to a group of people that work together so you know they would be compatible in your home (I'm thinking hospitals, biotech companies, etc).

In my experience, people often rave about hardwood but I have never heard "OMG that is amazing carpet"Furthermore, I have found that noise issues are usually resolved between tenants as opposed to a landlord issue.

Also if you look at the property details (not just the address and price) you will find some that are 203 (k) compatable so just ask you local HUD appoved broker about more details that I did not cover (or ask again and if I do not know the answer I bet you I know someone that does >:P) Thanks for you time TC!

We've been resolving curative title disputes for title and escrow companies, lenders and law firms Nationwide for several years on these issues and it could cost a buyer thousands of dollars and wipe out any ROI not to mention depleting your working capital if not handled properly.We're not soliciting business on this thread as we only contract with lenders, title & escrow companies, law firms and RE professionals.
