The flip side about dealing with listing agent directly, as Paul suggests, is that you don't have your own representative,  fully watching out for your best interest and helping you get the BEST deal.

turn key marketing companies run the gamut in pricing.. but you can expect them to be in line with Real estate commissions at 6%... they double end them its not like MLS were an agent ( in this case a turn key marketer) represents the buyer and makes half the commission.

Also, if you are privy to some deals, we'd like to find ways to buy properties with you representing us as well.

The key here is having a Broker that represents you that knows what you they are doing and can handle this type of Broker.
