Interesting question though so will check with my company.The rents certainly could be higher but there are benefits to my lifestyle not having much turnover.

In addition I have found podcasts like BiggerPockets, Learn Real Estate Investing / Lifestyles Unlimited, Landlord University and Real Estate Investing for Cashflow invaluable.  

The first one is the hardest, now you'll be on a roll as long as you save the income to reinvest and don't up your lifestyle.

Found a lot of negative stuff on BP about Morris invest and a few comments about lifestyles unlimited, just wanted to see if Kris has any bad press out there. 

Use the amount that you would pay a property manager to accelerate your other investments.6) Ok.7) Ok.8) I doubt 50 doors will be enough to retire off of (by themselves) unless you plan on living a fairly frugal lifestyle.

That said I am definitely interested in the idea of out of state investing as cash flow is very attractive to me and my lifestyle desires. 

Be prepared that you may need to make major lifestyle changes in order to make HI affordable.

For those that know how military lifestyle is we move around 2-3 years, constant field trainings, etc. can I start this business part time while still in active duty ?
