I recognize you want the property to cash flow but as you've pointed out already, there were very rational reasons why you did what you did like paying off your hard money loan and credit card debt.

Series LLC's are not currently recognized in all states, so you need to make sure the properties you own or invest in are in the states that do currently allow the series LLC format.Consult with a RE Attorney as I am not one.

A series LLC is hard drive with multiple drive letter partitions in which to store data.Here is more info...http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Series_LLCThe downside is that a series LLC is very new and a lot of states don't recognize it as a business entity, yet.
