The 150K security deposit sounds like pure bull. 

It's funny b/c both times, I am fully convinced it was pure coincidence (or Devine blessing =-) ), as the moment I paid fro the 34.99 subscription, a lady from Santa Fe springs was selling her home, as her husband had just passed.

I just bought my first pure investment property from overseas...looking forward to getting back to the states and continuing the journey.  

I've rarely seen a condo worth buying as a pure investment.  

But if you buying in place's that have no real redeeming tourist value then its purely a business trip.That's one point of view.

We also buy pure properties all over the nation where it makes sense.

Im looking to move to PR Sept/Oct under the 20/22 law to buy condos in Isla Verde purely for Airbnb or booking.com short term rentals. 

Its purely getting together for some networking, food and drinks.....No Gurus, No Pitching, and that's been quite a successful model.

@Rico Saldana For my first one, I am looking to house-hack (cut my expenses to near living for free rather than pure investment/cash-flow).

I personally have gone through a similar based program, it will be a pure upsell to other expensive programs.
