They use their weekends to relax and party, they spend what they earn on food, drinks and materialistic stuff. 

You haven't had vacancy, but that's probably due to pure luck or because you are below market on the rent and your tenants don't want to lose a good deal.I think it would help if you crunched the numbers to see how much you are actually losing.
