I sent an initial dev proposal through our city planning dept for to test out the reception for this concept.

I have no cash of my own so I plan to bring on an investor or partner, and for this I’m going to need to draft a proposal.There are two things I’d like to know, 1) how does one prepare a proposal/what needs to be included in the proposal, apart from the analysis obviously and 2) how exactly does one find these investors/partners?

I was looking at the Memphis area, and apparently it cash flows better when it comes to lower income neighborhoods, but Chattanooga seems to just be a more robust city, with more options for residents, and I've heard there are some new developments being proposed near the East Ridge area, too@Brenda Jean Adamson-Cothran@Michael Glaspie

In Nevada, as agents, we can propose to dual represent a deal for something like 2% split between both buyer and seller.

Did you take your proposal to the planning desk to see what they say?

I have not seen any movement for further proposals at this time. 

However, what Toledo councilman Sykes proposing is unreasonable.Here is more about this issueLast year, city of Rossford adapted a new law targeting landlords to register their properties for annual inspection.

In fact, I only met 2 people in Florida who were truthful to tell things like it is and advise you to go outside of Marshall Reddick proposed companies and so called realtor.

In addition CA proposed a 15% STR tax in addition to standard occupancy tax.
