It's not that Airbnb's earnings have dropped, it's that everyone realized the covid growth was unsustainable and not a good predictor of future growth, so P/E ratios and predictions of future growth/earnings needed to be adjusted.I work in the markets and honestly the covid rage was the dumbest thing I've ever seen. 

Lets see how accurate his latest predictions are. 

Not predicting a US style housing crash but the question remains how will people react when the momentum seizes and starts to go the other way.

Now here is the real killer part of the whole deal....drum roll...imagine if it could also extrapolate trending data and accurately predict ....ssshh lets not even go there.butMy manual testing has given proof already of the trending capabilities but I can't yet figure out how to get it past about 30 or 60 days.Need a better coder, more processor, I dunno something is missing.

Biggerpockets.com is exactly what people described and predicted the internet could become back in the early 1990's.

It was really interesting to hear his predictions and although he basically said the FED can't accurately predict the next 5 years he did think the government would get involved if rates were increased & the economy hit a decline (more QE).  

I predict this is someone who we would not approve, which will has the potential to create conflict.
