Hello, I’ve got a four unit with a garage and I am looking to rent out the garage separately and am expecting a lessor that does not live in the four unit to rent the garage. 1) is there a best practice about this scenario?

We've taken the first steps to secure the land.

I thought of it on a day that I didn't seem to getting ahead to the next step in real estate, and was getting somewhat discouraged.

I am very mixed with what my next steps should be, the property is a 3 hour flight from me so it is not crazy far, but I wouldn't be able to manage it on my own and would of course need a property manager.I'd love to hear from everyone to see what more experienced real estate individuals think.

So in the past 2 weeks I find out the 19 yo supposed daughter of the tenants is not his daughter but I'm guessing a step daughter and she has 2 children 2 yrs and younger.
