If anyone is interested in getting into multifamily deals I would say go big early (100+ units) as my best advice to you, find a good sponsor and experienced operator (between my partners and I we have over 2k units now) and you'll actually experience less risk than if you go from single family, to 10 units to 50 units to 100+ units over time.Hope that's helpful
