I may have heard that cross-streets only are listed for property address and no phone number is listed.I may have heard of quick court case records searches done before the people that answered the questions are replied to.I may have heard that the idea is to pre-screen extensively before anybody even sees the unit let alone apply.I may have heard that security deposit requirements were raised significantly for everyone just in case an animal is involved that might have paperwork saying it isn't a pet

Think of all the things that could go wrong and see if the lease addresses them: unauthorized pets or tenants, early termination, security deposit, lease violations, late rent, eviction, lawn maintenance, parking, etc.5.

The family states that pit bull will not live at the property but with a family friend.In the lease agreement it is clearly states “ Pets are not allowed to reside in the Premises, unless written permission is granted by the Landlord before the pet is moved in, which permission may be granted or withheld in the Landlord’s sole and absolute discretion.
