If the report is much shorter, the company may have cut corners or you may be lacking proper documentation.What other things do you look for when selecting a cost segregation company?

I'm hoping I didnt make a mistake with these numbers but assuming proper assessment of the local market, jobs/population growth, property condition, rental demand, future appreciation etc., is this something that sounds within acceptable ranges or am I missing a piece of the puzzle here?

I have a portfolio loan and am paying it down but need to sell a few properties.What if the home sells less than the release price but I have paid a lot of equity into the portfolio loan?

I am a broker but would prefer to pay a person rather than a corporation on my personal investing.
