My husband is also incredibly busy with his job, which he is very passionate about, so he can't always fill in when I've got one too many things going on.  

I hear from wholesalers ALL the time and most fail... either because they have unrealistic expectations or they are hooked on the get rich quick schemes sold by gurus... having said that, you seem to have a true desire and PASSION to succeed - -- Passion is what sets the successful apart from the average.  

My recommendation would be to pursue your passion in real estate.

I helped him to prepare for multiple specific phone calls before they were made, anticipating the situation.I cheered him on when any small thing was done right.I showed him how devastating lack of skills and preparation were to both of us.I gave him a lot of training material.I made custom material and videos for his situations that he was facing.We brainstormed other ways he could improve and have fun at it (watching American movies for 'lingo')'Now, he's motivated every day.

My current goal is to get to 100k passive income a year by the time I'm 33, (I'm 22 now)where i can work full time in the real estate field since that's where my passion rests.
