can work if you DIY all things... and live close to monitor homes basically daily weekly. do not think for a minute section 8 tenants do not violate their terms trash houses.. get kicked out of the program for various reasons.that said the only way I would do this is if you live there and you have a plan to scale up to 100 or so..

@Rashidah HasanSo 15% annual interest comes out to $27750 on 185k. (185*15%)Monthly interest is $2312 (27750/12)In the end I'm only holding the loan for 14 days so it would come out to a daily interest rate of $74.58 (2312/31) which comes out to 74.58*14=1044So i'm paying the 1.5% points (1.5%*185k) plus $1044 in holding interest.
