I am hoping this site will be a launching pad for my knoledge base of the world of REI, I am a competitive and motivated person at heart and like to get my hands dirty when learning about a new source of knowledge.

I've found anything that price that doesnt need a ton of work and is moderately close to down town sells in a heart beat.  

Again, if you have a company manage your rentals, I say jump on that if it's where your heart is.Point is: Don't wait to own your future.

Have it come from the heart.  2)  Once you and your wife know where you are going, then you can do a step-by-step approach on how to get there.

Hi @Ed TurnerNo matter which turn key company you decide to do business with just make sure you spend the time evaluating if they have your best interest at heart or are just looking to sell you a house and move on to the next buyer.I can see your based in NC and I assume your looking at buying in NC also?

Account Closed Salem County is pretty rural and lots of farms but my property is right in the heart of Salem City.
