Part of that is the incentives our state offers to new business, part of that is a business friendly general assembly a regulatory environment, and part of that is our low corporate income tax rate.

My Job is W2, and is permanent.

The W-2 job will be the easiest way to get your first 1-5 rentals. 

Lots of jobs, number one place people are moving to from the bay area.

There is a large scale project going down that was bought by a Fortune 200 company in my home area that will bring in thousands of jobs and will inevitable make the appreciation skyrocket.

Over 10 is when you need to do a security offering of some type.
