Because I am a builder and architectural designer and I have confidence in my ability to add value to any property I purchase and it is far easier and safer for me to work with empty building and make all things uniform and because if spaces are designed uniformly then whatever I purchase to put in the units I can buy in bulk and save money.

Fundrise offers non-accredited investments, which generally mean they have much higher fees, and virtually no skin in the game versus other things that you can find in the accredited world.Before looking at platforms though, I would recommend that you take a step back and look at your portfolio.

If so requiring them to use the system could be construed as extra rent.Some people like using non-online payments.Providing some form of a receipt for rent payments is generally a good business decision and if Cozzy does that it shouldn't be a problem.
