Any agent who is worth working with, will only work with you exclusively, unless you are a seasoned investor.  

Those who are there (well seasoned) and have operated since before Newark went through any revival are not happy with the current rent control laws.  

Bryce:I grew-up fishing on the other coast (mostly scollop, but some ground fish, swordfish and lobster) and would take a week off classes while in university to go home and work the beginning of the fall inshore season.
