Trends have emerged in tenants taking mitigating actions of multi-gen living at a multiplier rate of increase. 

Ask around or do some research on ways investors mitigate the risks of those situations or deal with the problems all together. 

But all in all it mitigated  our total exposure to rates and given the product we bought in Dallas the COC returns make it worthwhile to jump through the hoops.If you can get in with a community bank they will be 1 and 5 to 6.5% and only charge on drawn funds...

Others might be fine with taking risk, but least by doing this a person can get an idea of what might go wrong.e) Legal document analysis: it will usually take a few days to go through the legal document properly, as almost inevitably there are tons of gotchas that either have to be explained, or mitigated with a side letter.That is the very short summary of what I do.

While I can't speak to how effective it will be for you, you should be able to see how your outbound numbers score within a handful of different carriers and robocall mitigation services.

Also if you are a high income earner the depreciation really helps with tax mitigation.

Now that I have the experience, absolutely i think i could invest in a tougher market because i have the knowledge, systems, and other things in place to mitigate potential issues that may arise.

If that's not possible use drainage as a way to mitigate this problem.
