I believe If you are buying in any metropolitan area and provide a good product at a fair price, you shouldn't have a hard time finding renters.

@Adrian S. historically people liked to name the business after themselves and often with a some type of defining word of their industry or product niche:  Heweltt Packard, International Business Machines, Apple Computers, etc. 

I've used their shellac based product on some old plywood paneling in a garage on a rehab we did that must have been previously stained with some type of oily substance like linseed oil.

Having said that, I also am looking to find DST contacts as well because that product is becoming more and more popular.  

@Seth Crowder, there are some products out there that don’t require income verification.  

You are trying to use the wrong product if you mix a conventional lender with that entity structure.  

Then you could get a simple job that is enjoyable, low stress, keeps you productive and healthy, and pays another $2,000+ a month.
