Same house on each lot but the value comes from the location of each lot. To

I want to start making my money work for me, however at this point I do not have a lot to work with.

OPTION THREE: Don't sell anything (houses will still appreciate throughout 2018 and find a good property management company ,buy a small primary residency here in chicago since i will be living in Chicago for at least one more year before i move back to Utah and also since i travel a lot to chicago every vacation taken would be a tax write off since i would have acquire a rental property after vacating it and renting it out when i move back.Even I'm confused with how to write this..ANY HELP.!????

I have been licensed since 2006 broker since 2007 there is a lot to learn when you first start.

They then sold the lot to the investor right after closing for $35,000 and were able to pay off their medical bills and have funds to take care of the deferred maintenance on the house.

Stretching the amort to 30 and not having to worry about a balloon did a lot to offset the initial fees for me.

IMO, decisions on LLC, insurance, etc for protection purposes also has a lot to do with what you are trying to protect in regards to net worth. 

It's a great concept.... but there's a lot to go wrong. - has she ever lived in a house that's being renovated?

I like to partner w/folks who have a lot to lose if they aren't honest and interested in putting their investor's interests first.  

But, it will cost a lot to get it from it's present condition to a 21st Century B to B- condition and desirability.
