The lender will only communicate about a specific loan with the borrower.

If you want to remote investment and / or turnkey, be sure you vet your providers and management companies thoroughly.

In that situation, if the tenant who leaves is the "primary income provider" and doesn't continue helping the tenant who remains, the tenant who stays may not be able to afford living there.
