You would need natural gas to propane conversion kits on any fixtures you would plan on running (range, furnace, HWH) but a plumber can install those simple enough.

If you can get in and out of a property with no work or only minor updates (paint, carpet, fixtures, etc.), you can afford to take less of a profit margin.

You have a budget, if $1000 is the fixture budget for that light, buy it. if the budget is $200, then find a $200 light.
