Happy Holidays BP community, Ive recently purchased a SFR rental in Cincinnati and looking for referral of good, reliable, fair priced contractor to assist with project in January. Projects include refinish hardwood flooring, bathroom and kitchen facelift, tile shower, install can lighting, etc. Please message me with any great referrals, thank you!
