I'm glad to hear that overall you think they are legit and your experience was good.

So, maybe they have a legit claim on being called real estate investors.  

But for right now the only buyer I would trust is someone with the actual cash. on the flip side we had 5 closings this last week  One hedge fund  One refi  ( big one ) One sale to owner occ ( Vegas and they were laid off from Casino just needed to get a letter from Casino that they will go back to work in 30 days which they did and FHA funded) payoff from 2 turnkey buyers one a US citizen the other I think from South America and one other owner occ all of these in different states..  

You need to come across as SERIOUS capable, legit CAPABLE of buying a house in cash.

Again, a bigger sample population and more subsequent mailings would likely improve the numbers anyway.As an example though, if I spend $1,000 on direct mail campaign and get only one legit lead, that results in a sale for a property I flip and make $25,000 on in 160 days...

This whole anonymous thing is a bit over blown, as long as you're doing things legit.

Yes they are legit in my opinion.I have a lot of friends that are part of the rock star club and have used their broker services.What exactly would you like to know ?

My father in law and husband bought it as an "investment" 20 years ago speculating that once Sullivan County gets a casino permit business would be booming.. here we go the casino is finally being built but I don't see the area turning around any time soon..

42, I got a late start to REI (just started last year), I own 2 SFH that are currently rented out, another SFH in the process of getting rehabbed and will be rented by September, I own a piece of vacant land near a casino, and I'm almost on contract with my first duplex (a City-owned property).
