@Theresa Ross , this situation happens all the time, and the verbiage in the lease is really there to protect you should you want to enforce it.

A good PM will operate things smooth and will insure to put good tenants into units, enforce lease terms, and evict quickly.

Today i participated in a 1 vs 5 meeting with the HOA at avocado village because I have had several notices for abuse of the 24 hour parking policy and that my fiance had "interfered with parking enforcement...my fiance has been towed once. 3 to 4 years ago the 24 hour policy was changed...from a free for all anything goes in the 24 hour parking spots, to a permit only heavily monitered and documented towing and fine isssuance policy.
