BUT - I’m finding the competition to be intense and it seems like people are over partying in both markets.

I dont think it will work out based on the terms so I asked that he keep me in mind later on.

manual labor-intensive jobs that have rendered me unable to work for the present moment (for the last year and a half), and while I have been reading and learning as much as I can about real estate, the fact of the matter is that this is a new skill that I am learning myself.

The reason being is I do have a lot of equity in our property and the rent doesn’t work out for cash flow unless I would do section 8.

Hi Kris,So you suggest going with major lenders like Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, and if it doesn't work out to go with local credit unions?

Don't forget that you can sell the house if it doesn't work out. 

Just trying to work out the logistics. 

Arbitration is more likely to work out partially in your favor than the roll of the dice in small claims court.
