Learn and you may have learned allready to beware of the Internet and all of those people trying to make emotional sales.I have been ion BP for about 20 months while medically recovering.  

I bet somebody will make that home incredible.  

private lenders are those you meet personally.. not on the internet generally speaking you may meet them on the internet but then you meet them in person.there is no insurance..  

Folks are naturally skeptical of strangers on the internet.

There's a certain investor here in Springfield that I meet with on a fairly regular basis, he's been incredibly helpful to me in understanding the Springfield market, getting started, etc.

Hey guys and gals, So over the past few days I've decided to put my finance and business background to good use and build a financial model from scratch, using a few ideas and pictures I've seen around the internet and on BP.

@Jay Hinrichs1 and 8 is incredible. 

We require this of all tenants no matter the length of tenancy. it has saved us, our tenants and rental owners an incredible amount of time and money by having renters insurance in place. 

They have incredible reputation in the BP forums and Eric Winkler, who's the Executive Investment Strategist, is awesome to work with.
