So I started going to as many open houses every weekend in the lower parts of Westchester county and the Bronx until I met a real estate agent that was hosting an open house and told me he wouldn't buy the house cause he doesn't like it and didn't try to sell me the house he was showing.

I am using hubzu.com to bid up to/around 250k and they clarify this is their fee specifically for "hosting" the auction, separate from earnest money or anything that goes to the actual seller (which is a bank in this case). 

We also host a few meetups each month in the area which can be found under the networking tab on the toolbar above. 

The Beacon Journal article says that Akron mayor Horrigan will be hosting some kind of “landlord council” to discuss the high eviction rates, but it seems that is separate from the rule change.

The defect is when there’s a noticeable amount of granule loss at the top of a course of shingles, and you’ll be able to see the same exact thing on several other adjacent sections too, since it’s usually an entire bundle that’s faulty.- Also look around for exposed nail heads or staples.
