I like the idea of providing foods to a market of people, plus possibly connecting with local farmers to provide fresh vegetables and fruits. 

Always a ton of people there with free food and beer.  

Depending on the venue some might require you to buy food/drink if at a restaurant, but not all. 

My wife and I are starting a business in the food preparation and catering industry.

In kitchen air tight food scrap containers. 

All rooms and garage are completely empty except for food in fridge and cleaning supplies in kitchen, and in living room some bags of stuff, boxes of stuff and a suitcase.

Follow instructions VERY CAREFULLY and treat the inside except food prep areas, OR a product called Termidor, and treat the outside, or do both.  

 $80k may seem like a lot to non-californian's but it's not enough to put food on the family table AND put kids through college.  

It's always good when you know about some larger developments or other RE related news that will be good food for conversation with those in the industry.
