I also recommend not getting a washer dryer with a bunch of electronics, I only get ones with dials, unless you have a high end unit that requires a higher end set of appliances.

When I visited the property, my (investor-experienced) agent gave me some rent estimates for the property's units, but they seemed really high to me and seem out of line from what I've seen the market absorb.

If your asking amount is too high for a particular applicant, the Housing Authority may ask if you would be willing to adjust your rent to fall within the required numbers for that applicant.
