I’m of the opinion that when my contractor gets there biweekly to mow the lawn is fast enough to change them but we do pride ourselves on good customer relations.

It definitely can work, but as Nathan said, there must be a very good relationship between the partners!

However I am having doubts- rates are so high right now I will be making under $100/month in cash flow.

Any suggestions on how to find a good installer for this?
