I don't recommend House-flipping as it is a full-time job from: marketing to find the deal, acquiring it, rehabbing, marketing to sell the deal, negotiating and handling the acquisition on the sale side.

This is a deal for a MFH (Duplex) in Pan handle area.

I had some stuff going on at home and had to leave but it’s okay i know life happens and I’m handling it very well.

Already looking for employment , only thing is I’m in Germany and I can only do so much from over here , no family help or support it’s like I’m handling everything on my own .

You might want to do some digging on the 1st lien mortgage to get a handle on the total owing. 

I'm lost on how to handle an issue we are experiencing. 

Whenever a lender tried to undercut the market in 2020 by 0.25%, they got slammed with more business than they could handle, it would take 4 months to close a simple purchase or refi, and they'd get a bunch of horrible reviews online, local realtors would start to hate them, you get the idea.

Potential upside of handling most/all of the maintenance and remodeling needs was additional $$$ in my pockets.

I like it better, I don't have to deal with contractors, there are tenants but I screened them well and have a property mgt company handling all the headaches
