I am by no means implying that you should not look to invest elsewhere, but beware that "the grass is always greener on the other side."

The grass/weeds are cut about once a month but no trimming/edging leaves grass and weeds growing tall in front of the roll-up doors.

If the Feds get wind of a mmj tenant they may start by sending you a letter to get rid of that tenant within a certain time frame and if you don't, your property may be subject to seizure.  

This is a high desert and most people have grass.

I watched a 2 hour special on this the other day.Basically the banks are saying the Feds are telling them it is okay to house the money but they are being very vague.The banks are saying until we have something concrete from the Feds on this in writing then it's not worth it to put our as% on the line.

The only folks left are the yuppies, empty nesters, and hipsters in Canton, Fed Hill, Charles Village, and a handful of pockets here and there.
