Completely no offense Rusty, that is a phenomenal time tested business plan and its been proven to work over and over, But I love to have fun doing this.

Eating cheaply or at fun places will be no problem.

It seems like it would be so fun owning properties in all of those places, but when watching on some of the HGTV channel stuff, prices seem like they're just as high in those areas as in America.

I've spent the last few months reading and have gone to a couple of classes and the BP summit, so now I'm moving into the "getting to know the market stage" where I need to go look at lots and lots of properties and begin to find money partners.So, lots of mistakes will be made, but lots of fun will be had!
