I feel like with the right guidance I can make the 4 of these work together for the ultimate goal of CASHFLOW and FINANCIAL FREEDOM. im not looking to be a millionaire by any means, but my main goal is to just have the financial freedom for me and the growing family. so with that being said, if anyone can refer me to someone, or if anyone would be willing to help guide me I would really appreciate it.

SFR are generally more desirable to tenants just because they have a lot more freedom and gives them the "at home" feel. 

I don't know where you are with achieving financial freedom but it sounds to me like you need to be thinking more about how that money can become more money.

My car here in GA is a 10 year old Benz.I have no intention of replacing either of them any time soon.Not having a car payment is a major accelerator on the road to financial freedom.

There is NO better way to financial freedom than RE.
