They also have made efficient use of the backyard using it to grow a lot of their own food. 

Make sure you serve food, and think about having a giveaway (tickets to an event, gift cards, etc)

I don’t knock that by any means, but I just take a look around and figure that instead of purchasing large diesel trucks and campers and letting money sit, I could invest it intelligently and move on to owning a small business of sorts.
