Im trying to see if anyone has invested in  crowd funds such as Groundfloor, Realty Mogul, American Homeowner preservation, Fundrise, etc, 1) What are you thoughts on them, 2) Has anyone really made money off Crowdfunding, 3) Has anyone applied and gotten funding from those or a crowd fund and how did it turn out.

As a general rule, I would say most Americans can retire comfortably in America with less than $6,000 per month and no debt.

Try to figure out how you can provide value beyond that of a service provider for them and see if you can apprentice on some projects in some fashion.  

A LOT of Americans have medical debt.

It is my belief  You should try to make every Reasonable effort to confirm the person is legal atleast from an ethical patriotic standpoint as an American. 

I use American Tenant Screening to do the social trace (address verification), and multi-state criminal and eviction reports.

As to a title company, I work with First American Title Company.

I think every young American needs to learn the *true* (opportunity) cost of a fancy car and lifestyle.As to frugality, I find its not about managing what I spend, its about managing what I NEED.
